This policy explains what personal data DigiCon Studios collects through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have. We are committed to handling your information carefully and in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law.
DigiCon Studios ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are a construction technology product studio based in Ireland. Registered company: DigiCon Studios Ltd. (company number 823104), registered at The Hatch Lab, M11 Business Campus, Knockmullen, Gorey, Co. Wexford, Y25A8H2, Ireland. For any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us at info@digiconstudios.com.
When you complete our "register your interest" form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, and work email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number and any message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. Our hosting provider may also automatically log limited technical information, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to operate the site.
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration of our solutions, and contact you about DigiCon Studios where relevant to your request. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you provide by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and providing information you have asked for. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.
We will only send you further communications about DigiCon Studios where you have asked us to, or where otherwise permitted by law. You can opt out at any time by emailing info@digiconstudios.com.
We do not sell your personal data. We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run this website:
These providers act as our processors or as independent controllers for the limited data they handle, and are bound by their own data protection obligations.
Some of our providers are based outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where your data is transferred internationally, we rely on the appropriate safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to you and for our legitimate business purposes, after which it is deleted. We review stored form submissions periodically and remove those we no longer need.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or erased. You may also restrict or object to our processing, and request portability of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email info@digiconstudios.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Third-party services we rely on, such as our hosting and font providers, may set limited cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver the site.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at info@digiconstudios.com.
